Applymate AI is an AI-powered web application that provides:

• CV evaluation and job-specific CV generation
• University program matching
• Admission document generation (SOP, SOR, essays, CVs)
• AI-powered program-specific question answering

The platform uses AI services provided by OpenAI to generate evaluations and documents.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Applymate AI.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Each account is intended for use by a single individual only.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that demonstrate unfair, abusive, or excessive usage patterns.

3. Account Registration

You may register by:

• Signing up with email (OTP authentication), or
• Signing in via your Google account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity occurring under your account

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

4. User Content

You may upload or provide:

• CV information
• Academic and professional details
• Test scores
• Preferences
• Responses for document generation

You retain full ownership of the information you provide. By using the platform, you grant Applymate AI a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested services.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided
• Reviewing and editing generated documents before submission
• Ensuring that submitted materials comply with university or employer requirements

5. AI-Generated Content

Applymate AI uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI to generate:

• CV feedback
• Job-specific CV versions
• SOPs, SORs, and admission essays
• Program matching recommendations
• Program-related answers

AI-generated outputs:

• May contain inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed carefully before use
• Do not constitute professional, legal, academic, or admissions advice

Final responsibility for all submitted documents rests entirely with the user.

6. No Guarantees

Applymate AI does not guarantee:

• Admission to any university
• Acceptance into any academic program
• Job interview or employment
• Visa approval

All recommendations and generated documents are provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

7. University Data

Program information is collected from publicly available university sources.

We:

• Respect university robots.txt guidelines
• Provide links to original program pages

Universities may request addition or removal of programs by contacting support@applymate-ai.com.

Applymate AI does not represent or act on behalf of any university unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload false or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
• Use automated tools to abuse the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and system architecture belong to Applymate AI and Phebsoft LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

AI-generated documents created using your data may be used by you for personal purposes.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive usage is detected
• Legal obligations require us to do so

Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Applymate AI and Phebsoft LLC shall not be liable for:

• Admission decisions
• Employment decisions
• Visa outcomes
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding: Accuracy of AI outputs, availability without interruption, or suitability for a particular purpose.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
