Refund Policy

1. Overview

Applymate AI offers two types of paid services:

• Credit-Based Services (CV generation and related features)
• Subscription-Based Services (Program matching access)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Applymate AI does not store payment card information.

2. Credit-Based Services (CV Generation)

• CV generation operates on a credit system.
• Credits are consumed when used for generating or evaluating documents.
• All credit purchases are non-refundable.
• Unused credits are not eligible for refund.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that digital services begin immediately and are therefore not eligible for refund.

3. Subscription-Based Services (Program Matching)

• Program matching operates on a subscription basis.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future charges.
• No refunds are provided for:
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time remaining in a billing cycle
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. EU and UK Users – Waiver of 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom:

• By purchasing credits or subscribing, you:
  • Expressly request immediate access to digital services
  • Acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon purchase
  • Agree to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once service access has started
• As a result, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the case of:

• Duplicate charges
• Proven technical errors resulting in failure to deliver purchased credits or subscription access

All refund requests must be submitted to info@applymate-ai.com with:

• Account email
• Transaction details
• Description of the issue

We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Permanent restriction from future use of the platform

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
