2. Subscriptions

ApplyMate AI offers subscription-based access to its program matching features. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop any future billing, however any remaining days in your current subscription period will not be refunded. The service will remain accessible until the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew.

3. EU and UK Users — Waiver of 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you ordinarily have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, because our service begins immediately upon purchase, by completing a subscription or credit purchase on ApplyMate AI you expressly agree to waive this 14-day cancellation right. You will be informed of this waiver at the point of purchase before you complete your payment.

4. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the service, please contact us at info@applymate-ai.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will review your case and, where we determine that a failure on our part prevented reasonable access to the service, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or extension of your subscription. We are not obligated to issue refunds outside of this exception.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Any approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider, but typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
